Potomac Park Retreat and Conference Center is our Baltimore/DC region conference center, located 2 miles off I-81 on Route 11 (Williamsport Pike) in Falling Waters, West Virginia. Potomac Park offers your group that quiet and peaceful atmosphere, where guests can enjoy God and His creation, as well as recreation and fellowship with friends and family.

Potomac Park Retreat and Conference Center features year-round accommodations in 86 guest rooms for up to 400 people in motel & dorm style lodging. Your group can choose deluxe motel style accommodations or more economical dorm style accommodations based on what fits your needs and budget. Linens are provided in motel style rooms, but not in dorm style rooms unless requested. Dorm rooms are great for youth events and camps. Our motels are perfect for guest speakers and leaders.

Potomac Park’s Dining Hall serves three buffet meals per day, offering guests a variety of hot and cold items sure to satisfy everyone’s appetite. Buffet dining (included in all retreat packages) offers multiple entrees, salad bar, dessert, etc. Event planners can upgrade one of the meals to a sit and serve banquet with linens. Have a snack delivered or take a coffee break with Potomac Park’s meeting room food & beverage service. We do all of the work to prepare and deliver the snacks to your meeting space.

Meeting spaces are available for small gatherings and large conferences, with our largest venue seating up to 700 guests. The property also includes numerous small group spaces that are perfect for casual meetings and gatherings. All of our group retreat packages include a private meeting space for your event, which our Guest Services team will set up prior to your arrival according to your specifications. We also include the use of our A/V equipment at no extra charge.

Potomac Park’s retreat packages include the use of all basic indoor, outdoor and seasonal recreation. This includes the gymnasium, recreation fields, game room and fitness room. All athletic equipment is included, however you are welcome to bring your own materials for a special activity or competition. Your group will love jumping in our outdoor pool, hitting the slopes on our snow hill, and sipping into something sensational at Potomac Perks.
