The registration form is a key tool in signing up guests for your event.  We have created some templates to help get you started.  Registration form templates are available for individuals and families.  Remember, this is just a template, and can be adjusted as needed to fit your event.

Example Retreat Budget

Designing an event budget is not easy.  This tool will help planners figure out what they can afford, as well as what rate to charge guests.  All of the formulas are already included, just add in costs from your contract and attendance numbers. The budget will do the rest.

Rooming List

After filling in all guest information, the rooming list will sort guests into their rooms, provide layout of the lodging buildings, show overbookings, give rates, and has a printable contact sheet for emergencies.

Post cards are great for a "Save the Date", "You're Invited", or "Due Date Reminder". To use any of our post card templates, all you have to do is fill in your event's information, print and send.
